Ingredients:
250g Broccoli
150g Chicken steak
Some garlic
Sauce:
1 tsp. soya sauce
1 tsp. corn-starch
2 tsp. cooking wine
a little salt
Preparation steps:
Marinate chicken nuggets with the sauce
Heat up the wok quickly while adding a bit of oil
Add in some diced garlic, cook until light brown
Add in chicken nuggets, and quickly stir-fry until half-cooked
Add in broccoli pieces, stir-fry until broccoli turns deep green
Pour some water, cover the wok with a lid for 8 min
Remove the lid, and stir-fry a bit

600g Water
20g Black sesame
Preparation steps:
Wash and soak the soy beans fully under water for 16 hrs
Cook the soy beans in water for 15 mins to soften them*

Pour in water. "Water : beans" ratio is 3:1
Pour in the black sesame
Start the mixer, and mix them well

Grill in oven for 30-40 min. at 160°C with fan
