Carrot, Corn + Pork Soup 粟米紅蘿蔔煲豬肉

  1. Boil a small pot of water
  2. Add 1/8 vegetable soup cube
  3. Marinate the pork dices with a bit of wine, salt, and "speisestarke"
  4. Add in order carrots, corn, and pork dices
  5. Boil everything for 2 hours
  6. Ready

  • Knoblauch - garlic
  • chinesische Pilse - Chinese mushrooms
  • Karotten - carrots
  • Reis-wein - rice wine
  • Soy-sauce - soy sauce
  • Sesame-Öl - sesame oil
  • Salz - salt
  • Pfeffer - pepper
