Ingredients:
- 250g Broccoli
- 150g Chicken steak
- Some garlic
Sauce:
- 1 tsp. soya sauce
- 1 tsp. corn-starch
- 2 tsp. cooking wine
- a little salt
Preparation steps:
- Marinate chicken nuggets with the sauce
- Heat up the wok quickly while adding a bit of oil
- Add in some diced garlic, cook until light brown
- Add in chicken nuggets, and quickly stir-fry until half-cooked
- Add in broccoli pieces, stir-fry until broccoli turns deep green
- Pour some water, cover the wok with a lid for 8 min
- Remove the lid, and stir-fry a bit
- Tadah! Now you can enjoy this healthy and delicious dish!
Special Techniques:
- When covering the wok with a lid, leave a small gap to let some steam escape, such that the broccoli won't be over-cooked and turns yellow
- Corn starch improves chicken nuggets' chewing texture
