For 10 balls...

wrap:
  • 100g glutinated rice flour
  • 100g water
content:
  • 10g black seasam
  • 1 table spoon butter
  • 10g sugar
soup:
  • ginger
  • cane suger
  • water


Carrot, Corn + Pork Soup 粟米紅蘿蔔煲豬肉

  1. Boil a small pot of water
  2. Add 1/8 vegetable soup cube
  3. Marinate the pork dices with a bit of wine, salt, and "speisestarke"
  4. Add in order carrots, corn, and pork dices
  5. Boil everything for 2 hours
  6. Ready

Instant noodle with Surimi 蟹柳公仔麵

  1. Add just enough water to a small pot (imagine, 1cm above the noodle)
  2. Add 1/2 packet of soup powder, stir well
  3. Cook until the soup boils
  4. Add in order noodle, surimi, and salad
  5. Cook everything for 3 minutes
  6. Bring the noodle to a bowl, decorate with the ingredients, add a little soup
  7. Add 1 packet of sesame oil, stir well
  8. Ready
